T4 Engineering are currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join their growing team based in CH62.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
The Role
- Developing new business opportunities within engineering and utilities sectors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and generating sales leads
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to conversion
- Working closely with internal teams to support business growth
- Attending client meetings and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Previous business development or sales experience
- Utilities sector experience preferred
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Professional and proactive approach
Package
- Salary from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
- Commission structure to be discussed directly with the client
- Monday to Friday working hours
